Log into your SUNJOY account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack with Care

Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand off the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
